Benét Rupp

Benét Rupp has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Benét most recently worked at Farmers & Merchants State Bank as the Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Officer at the same company. Before joining Farmers & Merchants, they worked at ProMedica as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where they led the HR mission and realigned the HR delivery model. Benét also held various roles at The Andersons, Inc., including Corporate Director of Human Resources and Director of Talent Acquisition & Director Level HR Business Partner. Earlier in their career, they founded SHR Thing! Solutions in Human Resources and served as its owner. Benét also worked at Therma-Tru Doors, Walbridge Coatings, and National City Bank (now PNC Bank) in human resources management positions. Throughout their career, Benét has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, change management, and executive level coaching.

Benét Rupp holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Toledo. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Bowling Green State University. In addition to their formal education, Benét has obtained various certifications, including Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork and Senior Professional in Human Resources from HRCI. Benét also has pursued a certification as a Human Capital Strategist from HCI, although it is unclear whether they have obtained this certification or when they pursued it.
