Mary Stefko

Mary Stefko has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Mary began their career as a Retail Banker at First Federal Bank of the Midwest in 2001 and worked there for ten years. In 2011, they joined Farmers & Merchants State Bank in Archbold, OH. At Farmers & Merchants State Bank, Mary held multiple roles including Vice President, Home Loan Manager and Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst. Mary has extensive experience in credit analysis and mortgage management.

Mary Stefko obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Defiance College in the year 2008. Later, they pursued further education and completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Bowling Green State University, between 2016 and 2018.
