Lauren Sposato

Lauren Sposato is the Assistant Director of Advancement at The Fay School since August 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions at the University of Houston from June 2014 to July 2021, including Director of Engineering Relations and Assistant Director of Student Centers. Lauren also worked as the Coordinator of Special Programs at the University of Texas at Arlington from January 2013 to May 2014. Lauren obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University in 2010 and their Master of Education in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Arkansas in 2012.
