Elchin Sultan

Elchin Sultan is a seasoned data system engineer currently employed at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since February 2023. With a robust background, Elchin has held key positions including Chief Technology Officer at G-RAY LLC since 2016 and System Engineer roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and A-V Services, Inc. from January to June 2023.
