Erica Mills

Erica Mills is a seasoned project and risk management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Project and Risk Management at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since March 2020, Erica has previously held positions including Senior Manager in the Enterprise PMO at ViacomCBS and Senior Consultant at Deloitte UK. Erica's career began at Citi in a range of analyst roles, and also includes experience as an Analyst at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and as an Administrative Assistant at AIDS Project New Haven. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Quinnipiac University.
