Kathryn Chen

Kathryn Chen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in economic analysis and policy development. Currently serving as Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since 2015, Kathryn leads a team focused on analyzing the Federal Reserve's portfolios and monetary policy implementation. Previously, Kathryn held roles in the Models & Analysis Team, enhancing the analytical frameworks for the Federal Reserve's balance sheet. Earlier in the career, Kathryn was Program Director at International Media Partners from 1992 to 1998. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a concentration in East Asian Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
