Lindsay Collins-Garcia

Lindsay Collins-Garcia is an experienced professional with a robust background in strategy management and health coaching. At the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since November 2015, Lindsay has held multiple roles including Strategy Manager and Chief of Staff to the COO in Research & Statistics, and has contributed significantly to enterprise strategy initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director at The Conference Board, where Lindsay led key business research programs and managed various projects, including the annual CEO Challenge® survey. Since December 2020, Lindsay has also operated as a health coach, focusing on empowering women to enhance their health through sustainable lifestyle changes. Lindsay holds a Master of Public Administration and a BA in Economics from Baruch College, along with certifications in health coaching and design thinking.
