Seth Searls is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in economic analysis and policy development. Currently, Searls serves as the vice president of financial sector and policy analysis at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas since May 2023. Prior to this role, Searls held various positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, including Senior Financial/Economic Analyst and Assistant Vice President/Global Markets Manager, beginning in April 2008. Searls also worked as an International Economist at the U.S. Treasury Department from September 2004 to April 2008. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (2002-2004) and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethics, Politics, and Economics from Yale University (1994-1998).
