Steve Trogub

Steve Trogub has extensive experience in incident and problem management, primarily in the finance sector. Currently serving as a Senior Incident/Problem Manager and Senior IT Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since January 2014, Steve oversees operational risk management and incident management coordination for critical applications. Prior to this role, Steve was a Senior Analyst and MSSQL Production DBA at United Bank of Switzerland, focusing on production support and system changes for Investment Bank SQL servers. Steve's career includes significant positions at UBS, where advanced automation of maintenance workflows and support for a global DBA team were achieved, along with earlier roles at TQA, Thomson Reuters, Ford Motor Company, and Hypermicrosystems that honed skills in software development and database administration. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
