Tracy Udell is an experienced legal professional with a focus on employment law and equal opportunity matters. Currently serving as the Chief Equal Employment Opportunity Officer, Assistant Vice President, and Employment Counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since 2012, Tracy provides guidance on employee relations issues related to various federal regulations, including the ADA, FMLA, and Title VII. Previously, Tracy held the position of Associate Regional Counsel at the Social Security Administration, delivering legal services across multiple jurisdictions, and worked as a Legislative Attorney for the New York City Council, advising on legislative affairs and employment law. Tracy began the legal career as an Associate at Hogan & Hartson, representing clients in employment, labor, and commercial litigation. Tracy holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Cornell University.
