Dana Villanueva

Dana Villanueva joined The Federal Savings Bank in 2015 and is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Talent Acquisition. Throughout the years, she and her team have recruited hundreds of loan originators and mortgage industry professionals by cultivating strong partnerships with managers across the organization.

She is a collaborative and empathetic leader, who achieves results by continuously sharing successes, listening to challenges, and providing resources and solutions that empower her recruiters to manage talent pipelines like their own books of business.

Dana holds degrees in both Organizational Communications and Philosophy from Northern Illinois University. Prior to joining The Federal Savings Bank, Dana had 7 years of experience managing outsourced recruiting teams that supplied top sales talent for companies like AT&T, Culligan, and T-Mobile.

In her free time, Dana cherishes spending quality time with her closest family and friends. She is a lifelong equestrian who enjoys taking horseback riding lessons and spending time at her stable in the western suburbs of Chicago.
