Jack Shapiro

President And Co-founder, University Of Maryland Chapter at The Federalist Society

Jack Shapiro has a diverse range of work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at ESF, Inc., where they specialized in teaching STEM courses. In 2020, they served as the President of Public Forum Debate in the National Speech & Debate Association. In 2021, they became a Member of the Leaders for Tomorrow Program at the American Jewish Committee, learning about activism strategies for college campuses. Jack also worked as a Sales Associate at Tennis Junction and co-founded and led the first conservative political club at Lower Merion High School. In 2022, they worked as a Childcare Provider for two families. In 2023, they became the President and Co-Founder of the UMD College Park Chapter for The Federalist Society and worked as a Research Associate. Lastly, they worked as an English Second Language Tutor and a Childcare Provider in the same year.

Jack Shapiro attended Lower Merion High School from 2018 to 2022. Jack completed their high school education without earning a degree or focusing on a specific field of study. Following their time at Lower Merion High School, Jack enrolled at the University of Maryland in 2022. Jack is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in International Relations and a minor in Chinese. Jack is expected to graduate from the University of Maryland in 2025.
