Nick Dranias

Nick Dranias is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for Honduras Próspera Inc. and its affiliates, as well as the Chairman of the Board for the Prospera Arbitration Center, a leading dispute resolution center in Latin America. In addition, Dranias teaches Ethical and Legal Issues in Business at Grand Canyon University and is an active member of the Federalist Society, providing expertise through the Speakers Bureau. With a background in law and policy analysis as the Managing Member of Nick Dranias Law & Policy Analysis LLC, Dranias also contributes to various organizations, including Students For Liberty, Our America Initiative, Mountain States Legal Foundation, and Compact for America. Dranias holds a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Boston University.
