Lou Fiore

Lou Fiore possesses extensive experience in building management, currently serving as a Building Superintendent at The Feil Organization since July 2001. With a career that spans over 35 years, Lou oversees day-to-day construction activities, manages building personnel, and handles budgeting and project proposals. Additionally, Lou has been a Building Superintendent at Jeffrey Management since February 1983, managing significant facilities, including the 261 5th Avenue, a 26-story building covering 426,330 square feet. From 2004 to 2014, Lou also held the role of Fire Safety Director/Emergency Action Plan Director at Jeffrey Management. Lou's earlier experience includes a brief tenure as Building Superintendent at CBRE in 2003-2004. Educational background includes attendance at New Dorp High without a degree in History.
