Jose Luis Gutierrez

Jose Luis Gutierrez is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and management within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as President of Mexico Operations at The Fi Company since January 2024, Gutierrez is also the CEO of GUTIERS Lean Business Consulting since August 2018. Previous roles include COO at southfi™ from August 2008 to August 2018, Plant Manager at Eaton Corporation and Sunrise Medical, and Sr. Equipment Engineer at Mitsubishi Corporation. With a foundational role as Engineering Manager at Sanyo and Maintenance Supervisor at Nissan Motor Corporation, Gutierrez brings a wealth of knowledge in auto components casting, machining, and assembly. An alumnus of Instituto Tecnologico de Morelia, Gutierrez earned a degree in Industrial Electrical Engineering between 1985 and 1990.
