Leigh Frazier has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. From 1996 to 1997, Frazier served as a Branch Manager, Retail Sales Officer, and Retail Sales Leader at Centura Bank, focusing on sales management and profitability strategies.
Moving on to First Citizens Bank, Frazier held multiple positions from 1997 to 2011, including AVP, Regional Sales Manager, AVP, Project Manager, and SVP and VP, Client Bank Services Relationship Manager. In these roles, Frazier managed portfolios, developed relationships with client banks, and supervised various projects, including deposit exception functions and risk management initiatives.
From 2009 to 2014, Frazier served as the President of Symbiotic Solutions, where they focused on partnerships and achieving measurable outcomes for clients.
Finally, Frazier joined The Fidelity Bank in 2015 as Vice President, Business Project Manager, overseeing a portfolio of projects and collaborating with stakeholders.
