Alice Merry

Alice Merry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, consulting, and cultural heritage. As a Member of the Board of Trustees at The Finance Innovation Lab since November 2021 and Managing Director at Three Fin Consulting since August 2018, Alice focuses on aligning the financial sector with social and environmental goals. Alice co-founded Wak'a in January 2017, aiming to enhance access to heritage and culture in Peru. Additionally, as a Fellow and Catalyst Grantee at the RSA since February 2016, Alice promotes creative capacities for societal enrichment. Previous roles include Research and Innovation Officer at the International Labour Organization's Social Finance Programme, Communications Manager at MicroEnsure, and Analyst at Lloyd's of London. Alice holds an Executive Master's in Development Policies and Practices from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Master's in Archaeology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, along with a combined MA and BA Hons. in Classics from the University of Cambridge.
