Alhanouf Aldayel holds multiple certifications including GRCP, eLQA, and ITIL. Currently serving as the Chief Strategic Planning Officer at The Financial Academy since October 2020, Alhanouf is responsible for strategy development, policy and procedure enhancement, business development, performance measurement, partnership management, quality assurance, and annual reporting. Previously, Alhanouf held key IT roles, including Senior IT Specialist at the Capital Market Authority and Acting IT Unit Manager at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority, along with experience as a Senior Program Analyst and Junior Program Analyst. Education includes a Master’s degree in Information Systems from King Saud University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the same institution, along with language proficiency certifications in English (TOEFL) and GRE completion.
