Mohammed Alhamazany

Mohammed Alhamazany serves as the Chief of Capability Development at The Financial Academy since January 2022, focusing on building human capabilities in the financial sector through specialized training programs and innovative content. Concurrently, Mohammed holds the position of Director of Learning and Development at The Capital Market Institutions Committee, and is a Committee Member at the Public Investment Fund (PIF). Previous roles include Head of PIF Academy at PIF, and Head of the School of Banking at Al Rajhi Bank, where efforts were directed towards training a large workforce across numerous branches. Mohammed has also held senior learning management positions at SABB, emphasizing training needs analysis and competency development. The career began as an Accounting Trainer at the Institute of Public Administration, providing valuable training in accounting and audit.
