Aman Patel

Aman Patel is an Associate Economist at the Financial Conduct Authority, focusing on macroeconomic analysis within the Strategic Economic Analysis team. Previous experience includes a role as a Summer Intern at HM Treasury, where Aman conducted analysis of the Government Finance Function’s strategy and collaborated with senior stakeholders on key projects. At Roar News, Aman served as Deputy Editor in Chief, leading the publication to several awards while significantly increasing article output and social media engagement. Additional internships include research roles at Biostress and King’s College London, where Aman contributed to pitch decks and conducted in-depth research on diversity in higher education. Aman holds an MSc in Economics & Strategy for Business from Imperial Business School and a BSc (Hons) in History & Political Economy from King’s College London.
