Eleanor Bruce

Eleanor Bruce is a Senior Associate in ESG Advisory and Investment Advice Policy at the Financial Conduct Authority since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Policy and Public Affairs Advisor at BVRLA, where Eleanor focused on taxation, sustainable finance, consumer finance, and Brexit from May 2021 to November 2022. Additionally, Eleanor worked as a Researcher at The ESG Foundation and as a Policy Advisor at the Security Industry Authority, contributing to regulatory and intelligence development efforts. Eleanor's educational background includes an MSc in Political Science and Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with degrees in Linguistics from UCL and Behavioral Economics from the University of Cambridge. Eleanor has also engaged in language studies at Harvard University and East China Normal University.
