Heather Milne

Heather Milne has a diverse work experience history starting in 1995 with various roles in different companies. Heather transitioned into roles such as a Programme Management Assistant & Analyst at Network Rail where they were involved in project control and reporting. Their responsibilities evolved into Process Analyst and Senior Business Analyst roles, focused on delivering business process improvements and IT change projects. With over a decade at Network Rail, they later became a Process Architect & Lead Business Analyst for the ORBIS Programme. Moving on, Heather served as a Business Analyst/Consultant at Lendlease Construction EMEA Region, a Business Architect at ELEXON, before working on strategic initiatives like the UK National Audit Office and Capita. Currently, Heather is a Portfolio Lead Business Analyst at Financial Conduct Authority, overseeing a portfolio of projects related to data, intelligence, analytics, innovation, and digital capabilities within the organization.

Heather Milne completed a BA (Joint Hons) in Human Resources Management & Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University from 1992 to 1995. Heather also obtained a Post Graduate Award in Business Leadership from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2012-2013. Additionally, Heather holds certifications in Designing Operating Models, Environmental Management, TOGAF, and a Diploma in Business Analysis.
