Rosanne Hooper

Rosanne Hooper is a seasoned professional in the financial services and legal sectors, currently serving as a Technical Specialist (Acting) at the Financial Conduct Authority since February 2022, with a progression of roles including Lead Associate and Wholesale Enforcement Associate. Prior to this, Rosanne worked at Baker McKenzie from March 2017 to January 2022 as a Financial Services Associate and Trainee Solicitor, with notable secondments including EMEA Financial Services Regulation at American Express and financial services regulation in Hong Kong.
