Siobhan Sheridan

Siobhan Sheridan has a substantial background in human resources and organizational development. Siobhan has held senior HR roles at various organizations, including Chief People Officer at the Financial Conduct Authority since March 2021, Civilian HR Director at the UK Ministry of Defence from July 2017 to March 2021, and Director of People and OD at NSPCC from May 2013 to July 2017. Prior to these roles, they served as HR Director at the Department for Work and Pensions Operations and Defra. Additionally, they worked at Capital One as HR Director for UK Card and Corporate University Head.

Siobhan Sheridan completed a Master's degree in Organisational Change at Hult Ashridge from 2016 to 2018. Siobhan also holds a Master's degree in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University, and a CCIPD from CIPD.
