Sophie Jenkins-Anderson has a diverse work experience history, starting as a Voluntary Youth Leader at Tecconnaught Youth Club in 2009. Sophie later took on roles at Mossley Hill Athletic Club, TRO, Homecare Support, Liverpool Womens Hospital, and Liverpool John Moores University. Sophie's research career began at Adelphi Research Global in 2014, where they worked as a Graduate Research Executive and later as a Research Executive Grade 2. Sophie then moved to Join the Dots as a Senior Research Executive and eventually a Research Manager. Most recently, Sophie held roles at Auden as a Research Lead, Research & Experiments Lead, and Head Of Research. Currently, they serve as the Digital & Innovation Lead User Researcher at the Financial Conduct Authority.

Sophie Jenkins-Anderson attended Assumption Grammar School from 2004 to 2011, where they completed their A-Levels in Maths, Chemistry, and Psychology. Sophie then pursued a First Class Honours Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Applied Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University from 2011 to 2014.
