Mohamed Raouf

Mohamed Raouf has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Mohamed is currently the Head of Telesales at The First Group. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2023, they worked as the Head of Sales at dubizzle Egypt, where they managed sales and telesales teams targeting business clients and set objectives and KPIs aligned with company goals. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Tele-Sales and Business Partners Manager at Etisalat, overseeing outsourced sales teams and managing product lines. Before that, from 2010 to 2017, they worked as the Senior Sales and Operations Manager at NetOne International, Inc., where they developed strategic business plans and managed sales teams. Mohamed also has previous experience at Vodafone Australia, The Call Center Company, Dell, Raya Contact Center, and Ameco-Tech, where they held various sales and leadership roles.

Mohamed Raouf has a well-rounded education history. Mohamed obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Paris ESLSCA Business School, which they pursued from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended Cairo University for their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration, completing it between 2002 and 2012. Before their university studies, Mohamed completed their General Baccalaureate from Orman High School, focusing on General Studies, which they accomplished from 1999 to 2002.
