Sean Oliver McSherry

Sean Oliver McSherry has extensive work experience in various industries. Sean Oliver began their career as an Operations Manager at Peterson Manufacturing in 1998, where they oversaw major projects with Google Inc and Intel. Sean Oliver managed daily operations and led a team of 40 staff. In 2006, they worked as a Design Engineer at Brookfield Multiplex, where they transferred 2D CAD drawings to 3D models. Sean then joined Exchange New Car Sales in 2007 as a Regional Program Manager, responsible for sales of Harley-Davidson, Ford, and Chrysler products in the Middle East. Sean Oliver implemented new marketing strategies and boosted dealership sales. From 2011 to the present, they have held multiple positions at The First Group, including Senior Property Investment Consultant, Sales Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Director of Talent Acquisition. In their most recent role as Vice President Talent Optimization, they focus on talent planning and recruitment strategies, incorporating advanced technologies and enhancing the user experience. Overall, Sean has demonstrated an ability to excel in sales, operations management, design engineering, and talent acquisition.

Sean Oliver McSherry received their education from various prestigious institutions. In 1998, they began their academic journey at Technological University Dublin, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering until 2002. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, Sean attended Griffith College Dublin, where they completed their Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician. Later, in 2012, they joined Alliance Manchester Business School and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on an Engineering pathway between 2012 and 2015.
