Stephane Grassi

Stephane Grassi has a strong background in finance and hospitality. Stephane started their career at KPMG Audit as a Senior Auditor from September 1999 to September 2002. Stephane then joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where they held various roles including Senior Internal Auditor, Manager of Consolidation & Reporting CIGA, and Financial Controller for the Florence region. Stephane worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts from October 2002 to January 2011.

Stephane then moved on to Atlantis The Palm, where they worked as the Director of Financial Analysis from January 2011 to December 2012. After that, they joined Kerzner International and held the positions of Vice President of Finance from January 2013 to December 2014, and Senior Vice President of Finance from January 2015 to September 2016.

From October 2016 to June 2020, Stephane worked as a Senior Finance Executive in Asset Management for the Hospitality industry. Stephane then returned to the finance sector, joining The First Group as the Director of Finance Hospitality from July 2021 to June 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance - Hospitality at The First Group, starting from July 2022.

Stephane Grassi completed their education with a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Lisbon. Stephane attended the University from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Baccalauréat from Lycée Français Charles Lepierre de Lisbonne, where they studied from 1984 to 1994. The field of study for their Baccalauréat is not specified.
