Aj Mohammed

AJ Mohammed is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Global Talent Solutions at The FISER Group since September 2025 and a Co-Founder of Fifth Fuel since May 2025. Previously, AJ held the position of Managing Director for Growth & Client Solutions at Morgan McKinley from June 2019 to March 2025, where notable client wins included major companies such as Synapxe, Govtech, and KPMG. In earlier roles, AJ built the talent solutions brand of Morgan McKinley in the APAC region and worked as a Recruiting Manager at Facebook. AJ also contributed as Senior Manager for Client Services at Alexander Mann Solutions, managing key client accounts in financial services and technology. AJ holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Northampton.
