Brian Y. Smith

Brian Y. Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brian Y. currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Team Fishel, a role they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Area Manager at Team Fishel from April 2016 to December 2023, where they were responsible for managing daily operations and leading a team of over 150 employees. Before that, they held the position of Division Manager of the Professional Services Group in Richmond, Virginia from January 2015 to April 2016, leading the division in providing utility services. Brian also has experience as a Project Manager and CAD Supervisor at Team Fishel. Prior to joining Team Fishel, they worked as a Space Planner at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services from February 2005 to September 2006, where they provided design services and managed state-owned assets.

Brian Y. Smith attended Columbus State Community College from 2005 to 2008, where they earned an Associates degree in Architecture. Brian Y. later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Technical & Applied Studies at Ohio University from 2009 to 2011. In 2013 and 2014, Brian attended the Jeff Keeler Leadership Academy, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
