Rob Lake

Chief Executive Officer at The Five Network

Rob Lake has a long and varied work experience. Rob began their career in the advertising and finance industries before transitioning to the education management industry. In 2000, they began working at Millbrook School in New York as a Dean of Students and English and Ethics teacher. In 2005, they moved to Wilmington Friends School in Delaware as the Head of the Upper School and U.S. History teacher. In 2010, they began working at Head-Royce School in California as the Head of School and Advisor to the Board of Trustees. In 2016, they moved to Collingwood School in Canada as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2018, they founded SonderThink and became the Chief Executive Officer of The Five Network.

Rob Lake attended Williams College from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Dartmouth College and obtained a M.A.L.S. in Interdisciplinary Masters in English and History. In 2017, they completed an Executive Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management in Artificial Intelligence.
