Sam Fenn has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Duty Manager at Waitrose & Partners. In this role, they managed a 3000sq ft store, co-ordinated work between a team of up to 7 Partners, and held an outside line for the branch, receiving over 50 calls a week. In 2021, Sam began working for The Five Points Brewing Company as a Duty Manager, where they built relationships with the largest board gaming meet-up in London, trained staff, and provided additional information to customers. Sam then took a Sales Administrator role at East London Liquor Company, where they devised an improved order processing system using Excel, resulting in a 50% decrease in time data entry time. Finally, Sam worked as a Sales Assistant at Hop Burns & Black, where they were knowledgeable on over 100 beers & 20 wines, and sold customers over £90 worth of products from the online store over the phone.
Sam Fenn completed a BA (Hons) in Fine Art Photography from The Glasgow School of Art between 2004 and 2008. In 2010, they completed courses in Minutes Made Easy from the Glasgow Council for the Voluntary Sector, REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene from Glasgow Metropolitan College, and Writing Better Press Releases from Specialist Training International.
