Javier Beneyto

Javier Beneyto has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Javier currently serves as the Managing Director of Hospitality & Tourism at The Fladgate Partnership, overseeing various hotels and tourism units. Prior to this, they were the Regional General Manager for COMO Hotels & Resorts in London, managing multiple properties and refurbishment projects. Javier also served as the Opening General Manager for COMO Uma Canggu & Residences Bali and COMO Metropolitan Miami Beach. Earlier in their career, Javier held managerial positions at Hotel Villa Magna, Hotel Puente Romano, and Mississauga Convention Centre. Javier also worked as an Executive Consultant at Global Hospitality Consultants, specializing in the Latin American market. Javier's expertise encompasses operations, food and beverage, sales, and overall hotel management.

Javier Beneyto attended the GMP program at Cornell University in 2011, focusing on Leadership Skills in Turbulent Times, Hotel Revenue Management, and Customer Attitudes & Behaviors. In 2005, they completed the European Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management at L'École Hôtelier Lausanne. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2003, they studied Dirección Hotelera Internacional at the Universidad de las Islas Baleares. Javier also completed their primary and secondary education at Colegio San Agustín. Javier has an additional certification in Introduction to Global Hospitality from Cornell University.
