Matt Harris has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Founder & Executive Consultant at ion Consulting LLC in 2023. Matt went on to hold positions as Chief Product Officer at The Flip Side, Founder & Lead Coach at Move Fly Soar LLC, Development Coach and Masters Swim Coach at FOX CHAPEL KILLER WHALES INC, Director of Engineering, Platform at Color, and Product & Engineering roles at Uber Advanced Technologies Group and Twitter. In addition, they served as a Lululemon Ambassador, a Board Member at September 11th National Memorial Trail Alliance, and a WordPress Contract Developer at Ticketfly, Inc.

Matt Harris completed their Master's Degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering at the University of York from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained various certifications such as ACE Certified Personal Trainer, USATF Level 1 Track and Field Coach, and SafeSport - Core Training.
