Judith Levy Silberberg

Judith Levy Silberberg is the Director of Product Management at The Floor, a Fintech company providing a SaaS platform that empowers tier-1 banks to streamline & automate their digital transformation process while solving banking business challenges & accelerating time to market.

Previously, Ms. Silberberg was with HSBC for 10 years and 7 months, where they were Head of Digital and Direct Channels, and also held the title of VP Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for strategic definitions, UI-UX, mapping business needs into technical implementations, cost efficiencies, and feature definitions for sales in retail and corporate banking, digital channels, bank correspondent regulatory processes, contact center sales and customer support, sales in non-face-to-face channels, ATMs/SSTs, chatbots, payments, and regulatory projects' implementation.

Prior to HSBC, Ms. Silberberg spent 6 years and 4 months with ABN AMRO Bank as Financial Products - eBanking Project Manager Assistant. In this role they were an independent worker for the financial system (ABN AMRO Bank and others), providing support to clients and defining requirements for corporate and retail customers. Judith also managed and defined projects for the bank.

Before their career in banking, Ms. Silberberg spent 3 years and 2 months as an IT Developer and Help Desk at Datamatic.

Judith Levy Silberberg holds a degree in Information Systems Analysis from Universidad ORT Uruguay, which they completed between 1997 and 2002.
