Chika Agabu

Chika Agabu has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2012, they worked as a Ward Assistant at Amuwo Odofin Primary Healthcare Centre, where their responsibilities included clerical and counseling duties at various clinics.

In 2013, Chika worked as a Call Center Agent at NTA STAR TV NETWORK, where they responded to customer queries, marketed new products, and maintained call records.

From 2015 to 2015, Chika worked as an Inbound/Outbound Sales Advisor at Voice Marketing Ltd, where they marketed and sold products, worked in a team to achieve sales targets, and maintained sales records.

From 2015 to 2017, Chika served as a Driving Improvement Coach at The Floow Limited.

From 2017 to 2020, they served as an HR Advisor at The Floow Limited, where they improved internal communication, delivered new employee benefits and reward framework, and administered new employee policies.

Since August 2020, Chika has worked as an HR Professional at The Floow Limited, partnering with senior leaders to deliver reorganizations and driving HR transition following an acquisition.

Chika Agabu completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology at the University of Ibadan from 2007 to 2011. Later, from 2013 to 2014, Chika pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Work Psychology at The University of Sheffield.
