Aaron Johnson

Aaron Johnson has a diverse range of work experience in the field of guest operations and experience management in various organizations. Aaron started their career at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in 2013 as an Assistant Supervisor of Operations. Aaron then joined The DoSeum in 2014 as a Guest Experience Supervisor before moving to the San Antonio Zoo in 2015. At the San Antonio Zoo, they held roles such as Guest Experience Manager and Director of Guest Experience. In 2019, Aaron joined The Florida Aquarium as an Assistant Director of Operations and later became the Director of Guest Operations in April 2022. Throughout their career, Aaron has gained valuable expertise in overseeing guest operations and enhancing guest experiences in the leisure and entertainment industry.

Aaron Johnson completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General at the University of South Florida from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they studied Business Management at The University of Texas at San Antonio starting in 2012.
