Shay Smith Danise

Shay Smith Danise is an accomplished brand manager currently working at The Focus Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Shay held multiple positions at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from September 2012 to October 2022, including Advertising & Communications Manager, Marketing Supervisor, Marketing Specialist, and Advertising Coordinator. Shay began a career in communications as an intern at Kent State University, contributing to the development of the Personalized System of Instruction (PSI) for enhancing student public speaking and presentation skills. Shay holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication with a focus on Pre-Law, both from Kent State University.
