Kenny Knowlton

Kenny Knowlton has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the food service industry. Kenny started their career at McDonald's in 1996 as a Restaurant Manager and eventually progressed to become an Area Supervisor and then a Business Consultant. Kenny also served as the Lead for McDonald's Gay, Lesbian and Ally Employee Network and was involved in improving the crew and customer experience as a Director of Operations. In 2018, Kenny became a Franchise Business Partner and a Field Service Manager at McDonald's. Most recently, they worked as an Operations Associate Lead before joining The Fonseca Group in 2023 as their Director of Operations.

Kenny Knowlton attended Penn State University from 2013 to 2020, studying Business Administration and Management. In 1994-1995, they also attended Middlesex College, where they pursued General Studies. Currently, they are enrolled at DePaul University, working towards a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Additionally, they have a previous background in Business Administration and Management.
