Alma Hopkins

Alma Hopkins has an extensive background in the field of health and nutrition, with experience in various organizations such as Capital Region Medical Center, Anytime Fitness, and the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services. Alma recently retired from their role at The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri and is now enjoying their retirement. With a strong academic background in health and nutrition from University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, University of Missouri-Columbia, and Hammons Heart Institute, Alma has made significant contributions to promoting wellness and healthy lifestyles throughout their career.
