Christine Hudson

Christine Hudson is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in business agility, transformation, and entrepreneurship. As Co-founder and Principal of The Welcome Elephant since November 2022, Hudson specializes in coaching leadership teams in modern value flow and facilitative leadership. Previously, Hudson served as CEO, Co-founder, and Principal at Elevate To, driving lasting positive change within organizations from December 2018 to December 2023. Hudson's roles at CA Technologies included Senior Director of Enterprise Agility, leading global business agility transformations. Hudson has contributed to various initiatives, such as Startup Colorado and Fort Collins Startup Week, and co-founded FCA Ventures, LLC. Hudson holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Colorado State University and is pursuing an incomplete master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Complex Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence.
