Will Capriola

Will Capriola is an experienced youth development professional with a strong background in environmental studies and youth empowerment. Currently serving as the Youth Development Manager at The Food Project, Capriola previously worked as a Youth Outreach Worker at Massachusetts General Hospital, where responsibilities included supporting mental health resources and operating a youth center. Experience also includes being a Remote Afterschool Program Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Greater Boston, leading enrichment programs on environmental justice, and serving as a Youth Leader at Groundwork Somerville, focusing on workshops related to environmental justice and food access. Past roles include positions in education and hospitality, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set. Capriola holds a degree in Environmental Studies and German from Tufts University, awarded in Spring 2021.
