Kris Chau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, community leadership, and operational strategy across various industries. Currently, Kris serves as the Program Manager + Community Lead at wmnsWORK, overseeing an award-winning business accelerator program for women and non-binary early-stage entrepreneurs. As Partner & COO at Bella Vista Entertainment, Kris enhances luxury event experiences through music, while also facilitating career advancement workshops at The Forem. Previous roles include serving as a Fractional Chief of Staff for multiple organizations, an Activator at SheEO™, and co-founding Rum Royale, a premium rum celebration. With a background in social media consultation for DaiLo, Kris brings a strong foundation in hospitality, recreation, and tourism, supported by a diploma with honors from Humber College.
