Jeff Kropp

Jeff Kropp has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2008, they worked as a Business & Legal Affairs Associate at ROAR. In 2009, they transitioned to Proskauer Rose LLP as a Corporate Attorney. From 2016 to 2020, they served as Counsel & Director of Compliance at Empyrean Capital Partners, LP. Jeff then joined Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, LLC, where they held the positions of Deputy Chief Compliance Officer & Assistant General Counsel from 2020 to 2022 and Chief Compliance Officer & Assistant General Counsel from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as the General Counsel at The Forest Road Company since 2023.

Jeff Kropp attended Pepperdine Law from 2007 to 2011 where they earned a J.D. degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Jeff also pursued an MBA at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School during the same period, specializing in Law.
