Aissatou Minthe has a strong background in the field of reentry and community services within the criminal justice system. Aissatou currently holds the position of Senior Director of Jail-Based and Community Services at The Fortune Society, a role they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, Aissatou served as the Director of Reentry and Trainings at Greenhope Services for Women, Inc. from August 2017 to January 2021. Aissatou also worked as a Senior Fellow at ProSidian Consulting in 2017 and held a management role at CORE Services Group, Inc. from November 2011 to January 2016.
Aissatou Minthe completed a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from John Jay College (CUNY) between 1999 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Maitrise degree in Droit from Université Vincennes-Saint-Denis (Paris VIII) in 1998.
