Jadaera L.

Jadaera L. is currently serving as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc., focusing on research related to schizophrenia spectrum disorders. Additionally, Jadaera holds a position as a Research Assistant at The Fortune Society, examining the desistance process for individuals recently released from New York State prisons. Previous experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant for Project Aletheia, contributing to the link between science and police interrogation practices, as well as conducting forensic-style interviews with children at John Jay College. Jadaera's early career involved working as a Psychology Extern at Columbia University and serving as a College Assistant at John Jay College, where responsibilities included tutoring in mathematics and contributing to a national database on police shootings. Jadaera holds a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College, completed in December 2021.
