Janet Sortor

Janet Sortor has worked in various academic leadership roles, starting as Dean of Academic Affairs at Bunker Hill Community College. Janet later moved on to become Vice President and Dean of Academic Affairs at Southern Maine Community College before their current position as Vice President and Chief Academic Officer at Maine Community College System. Sortor holds a Master's degree from Boston University, a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University, and a Doctor of Education - EdD from UMass Boston.
