Noel K. Gallagher

Noel K. Gallagher is currently the Director of Communications and Public Affairs at Maine Community College System. Previously, Noel worked as an education reporter for Portland Press Herald and held various reporting and editing roles. Prior to these positions, Noel served as the Communications Director at Richard & Rhoda Goldman Fund and as a Senior Media Relations Representative at UC Berkeley. Noel has a background in journalism, having worked as a business reporter, city editor, and e-business and communications editor at different organizations. Noel's extensive experience also includes working as a reporter and editor for The Associated Press. Noel holds a BA in English from the University of California, Davis.
