Prior experience includes serving as HR/Office Manager at Fitness 19, overseeing financial operations and personnel management, and as Performance and Development Manager at VMS, where Jennifer significantly improved staff retention and productivity through innovative training programs. Jennifer holds a degree from Ohio University and is a graduate of Lakota East High School.
