Kristin Meikle

Kristin Meikle is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Legal at Bechtel Corporation since September 2013, Kristin oversees the Legal team for Bechtel Enterprises. Prior roles include Principal Counsel and Manager of Corporate Legal, where responsibilities encompassed managing governance issues and supporting various corporate boards and committees overseeing 300 corporate entities. Kristin's background also includes serving as a Commercial Manager in the Petrochemicals group and as U.S. In-House Senior Counsel for Australia LNG projects. Additionally, Kristin is a Beta User at The Fourth Effect, a board marketplace aimed at promoting women in corporate leadership. Prior experience includes senior counsel positions at Bechtel Enterprises and Chadbourne & Parke LLP, along with a tenure as a secondee attorney at the International Finance Corporation. Kristin holds a BA in English from the University of Florida, having completed earlier education at Niceville and Eastern Wayne High Schools.
